Professional profiles listed on Socitic represent independent practitioners. Any engagement with such professionals outside the Platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Socitic strongly encourages users to consult appropriately qualified, licensed, and regulated professionals before making any decisions that may affect their health, financial situation, legal position, or other significant personal matters.

Socitic incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate a range of automated outputs and insights available on the Platform. These AI-powered features may include automated review summaries, sentiment analysis, Trust Score calculations, business performance insights, reply suggestions, category classifications, and other algorithmically generated outputs (collectively, "AI-Generated Content").

With respect to all AI-Generated Content, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.1 Automated Nature AI-Generated Content is produced by automated algorithms and machine learning models, without direct human review or authorship for each individual output. These systems process large volumes of user-submitted data and apply statistical and computational models to generate insights and summaries.

4.2 Inherent Limitations and Risk of Inaccuracy AI systems are inherently imperfect. AI-Generated Content may contain errors, omissions, biases, outdated information, misclassifications, or outputs that do not accurately reflect reality. AI models may be influenced by the quality, completeness, and representativeness of the underlying data on which they are trained or which they process. Socitic does not guarantee that AI-Generated Content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

4.3 Informational Purposes Only All AI-Generated Content is provided for general informational and guidance purposes only. It does not constitute: • A factual determination or verified statement of fact about any business, product, service, or professional. • Legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind. • An endorsement or certification of any business, professional, product, or service by Socitic. • A guarantee of the quality, reliability, or performance of any business or service reviewed or scored on the Platform.

4.4 Trust Scores and Algorithmic Rankings Trust Scores and other algorithmically generated rankings on the Platform are calculated using proprietary formulas that incorporate multiple weighted data signals. These scores are indicative and relative measures only. They should be used as one of several factors in your evaluation of a business or professional — not as the sole or definitive basis for any decision. Socitic makes no representation that Trust Scores or rankings accurately reflect the true quality, reliability, or reputation of any entity.

4.5 No Substitute for Independent Judgement AI-Generated Content should not replace your own independent research, judgement, or professional consultation. Before making any significant decision based on information presented on the Platform — whether AI-generated or otherwise — you should independently verify that information through appropriate channels and seek qualified professional advice where relevant.

You use all AI-Generated Content entirely at your own risk.

The Socitic Platform hosts profiles for a wide range of businesses, brands, organisations, and service providers, as well as listings of products and services. This information may be submitted by business account holders, populated from publicly available sources, or contributed by users.

With respect to all business, product, and service information on the Platform: • Socitic does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any business profile, product listing, or service description. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. • Business details such as operating hours, contact information, service offerings, pricing, location, and staff information are subject to change without notice and may not be reflected promptly on the Platform. • The presence of a business, product, or service listing on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, accreditation, or certification of that business, product, or service by Socitic. • Socitic does not verify or audit the commercial claims, marketing representations, or quality assertions made by businesses or professionals in their own profile descriptions. • Verified badges and similar indicators on the Platform confirm only that the relevant business account holder has completed our verification process; they do not independently certify the quality, legality, or fitness of the business, product, or service.

Socitic does not accept responsibility for any loss, disappointment, or harm experienced as a result of engaging with a business or professional found through the Platform, whether or not that engagement was influenced by Content available on the Platform.

7.2 User and Business Disputes • Any dispute, disagreement, loss, or damage arising between you and any business, professional, or other user as a result of interactions, transactions, or communications facilitated through or initiated via the Platform. • Any failure by a business or professional to meet expectations, deliver services, honour representations, or perform obligations, whether or not you discovered that business or professional through the Platform. • Any harm, financial loss, or disappointment resulting from a transaction or engagement with a business, service provider, or professional listed on the Platform.

7.3 Inaccurate or Misleading Content • Any loss or harm resulting from inaccurate, misleading, false, defamatory, or incomplete Content submitted by third-party users, businesses, or professionals. • Any loss resulting from your reliance on AI-Generated Content, Trust Scores, rankings, or sentiment analyses that prove to be inaccurate or unrepresentative.

7.4 Platform Availability • Any loss or inconvenience arising from the Platform being temporarily unavailable, experiencing technical difficulties, or undergoing maintenance. • Loss of data, content, or information arising from technical failures, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law, Socitic's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to Socitic in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Socitic is a community platform designed to facilitate the free and open expression of user opinions, experiences, criticisms, and public feedback regarding businesses, services, products, and professionals. Opinion and criticism are protected; deliberate falsehood and malicious misrepresentation are not.

Socitic does not take sides in factual disputes between users and businesses regarding the truthfulness of any specific review or complaint. Businesses and users are encouraged to resolve such disputes through direct communication or appropriate legal channels.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to discourage genuine, good-faith expression of opinion and experience by users of the Platform.

Socitic operates as a technology-driven Intermediary platform. Our role is to provide the infrastructure, tools, and environment through which users, businesses, and professionals may share information, opinions, and feedback with the community.

The following clarifications define the nature and limits of this role:

9.1 Socitic as Intermediary Socitic is a neutral technology intermediary. We provide the Platform through which third parties — including users, businesses, and professionals — communicate and share information. We do not create, author, or endorse the vast majority of Content that appears on the Platform, which is submitted by third-party users and businesses.

As an Intermediary, Socitic is not the publisher or speaker of User-Generated Content for the purposes of applicable intermediary liability legislation, including but not limited to provisions equivalent to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (United States), the Electronic Commerce Directive (European Union), or equivalent national provisions.

9.2 No Endorsement The display of any business, product, service, professional profile, review, complaint, or other Content on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, validation, or verification by Socitic of that content, business, product, service, or professional.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for: • The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any business, product, or service reviewed or listed on the Platform. • The qualifications, conduct, or fitness of any professional listed on the Platform. • The accuracy, truthfulness, or fairness of any review, complaint, or user opinion published on the Platform. • The commercial representations or marketing claims made by any business or professional in their own Platform profile.

9.3 No Verification Obligation While we make reasonable efforts to detect and remove prohibited Content, Socitic does not verify, fact-check, or independently validate every review, complaint, business description, professional credential, or other piece of User-Generated Content prior to publication. Our moderation processes are not comprehensive and do not guarantee that all Content on the Platform is accurate or compliant with our policies at all times.

9.4 User Responsibility Each user is solely responsible for the Content they submit to the Platform, the decisions they make based on Content found on the Platform, and any consequences arising from their interactions with other users, businesses, or professionals through or as a result of using the Platform.

Content on the Socitic Platform may touch upon socially sensitive subjects, including but not limited to social issues, business ethics and practices, consumer rights, legal disputes, health and medical experiences, financial matters, and public opinions on service providers.
