Auto-renewal was not transparent
The product itself is great and the jobs are real — no complaints there. But I was charged for annual renewal without a clear warning email. Customer support took 4 days to respond and the refund process was frustrating. Please fix billing transparency.
Solid value, could use better mobile app
I've been a Premium member for 8 months. The web platform is excellent and job alerts are relevant. The mobile app feels dated though — filtering is clunky and saved searches sometimes don't sync. Still recommend for serious job seekers.
Career coaching alone is worth the price
I upgraded primarily for the career coaching add-on and it exceeded expectations. My coach helped me negotiate $22k more on my offer than I initially planned. The job board is a nice bonus but coaching is the real gem here.
